My name is siddharth. It's about my experience with https://peppertap.com, which they say is an online groceries app but it turns out they do more, they deliver baby products, health drinks everything that you need on a daily basis. I order so many orders from them, they delivered before the two hours delivery time, but sometimes it was past the timeline.
The product that I received is of good quality. Well, I am happy as I am a working gentleman and unfortunately married(I hope my wife doesn't get to read this!), they made my life easier, I can't go fetching groceries and heaps of products every now and then, being a human being, I get tired as well. "Happy wife, happy life", that is what I have understood from my experience so far, so I order from them they deliver and she is happy. I can certainly relate with their ads, that they have launched.
Good things about them is that they deliver on time and the customer service is fair enough not that spectacular! I hope they act more effectively. I got to earn so much referrals, previously it was INR 100 per referral but not it is INR 50 only, which is sad.
But they launch a lot of discount codes occasionally. Enough of the good things, now the bad ones, majority of the times, the products are not what you ordered but the substitutes, which is alright but they need to inform us, ask us what do we require, because happy customer, happy business!. the bags are not of good quality and they send their frozen items in a plastic bag, which to me doesn't make sense. They get spoiled easily, splattered, squished.I spoke to them about this but they did not have an alternative, they gave me response that the bag is recyclable, etc etc.It doesn't help. My friends whom I referred they experienced the same deal and they were cursing me alright but then they eventually accepted it and they love peppertap. Isn't it incredible that peppertap.com sounds exactly like pepperfry.com. I discovered it accidentally on playstore.
Their technical glitch in app is, If you try and modify the order, it gets cancelled. No body in their customer service could explain that and their is one more issue, they say due to bad network issues, the payment did not reach them but it certainly got deducted from my PayU wallet and then they give you information that in next 5-7 business days, it will be refunded and the good part is it does get refunded in 5-7 business days. Savvy that!
