I have bought a sofa set from pepperfry.com but I did not find it good. I had ordered it online. This website provide you all the goods to decorate you house but of bad quality. Furniture they provide is also of bad quality. They provide duplicate product. It is very necessary to know that they don't take any responsibility after having warranty of the product. Customer service of this website is very bad. They don't care about their customers. If you want to complaint something, it is very difficult to do so because the contacts they given are not available all time. Sometimes you have to wait for a long time.
QUALITY OF PRODUCT
Quality of product of this site is not good. It provide duplicate product. I had bought a sofa set. Few months later I have seen that the thread of my couch is coming out. And after few month it was completely destroyed. Quality of wood was also not good. The wood of that sofa was started bursting.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCT
Delivery of product is also not good. They do not deliver product on given time. They take too much time to deliver the product .
When I orderd my sofa, they delivered it after one and half month. Delivery was also not safe because they were delivering me a damage sofa but I returned it back.
CONCLUSION
Overall if I say this website is not good for purchasing online products. They deliver totally different product. After purchasing that sofa, I never ever did a single shopping from this website. This website is not trustable so don't go with this site.
