I have placed an order almost one month ago for Skyline VI-7003 Espresso Coffee Maker.


Placed order with some mobikwik cashback offer.


After getting the product, I found there is not beaker, raised a complaint for reverse pickup. then I got a call, their customer exective said she will initiate the refund of 600 rupees, if I can use the product. I asked only one thing and said OK, fine - Will I get complete 600 rupees or will there be any deduction, she said complete 600 rupees.


I called them 1 week ago, explained the each and every thing, after wasting 30 mins of my time on call and money for that call, he said he generating the case id, escalating the case and will get the response by 24- 48 hrs. no mail, no response I've received for that.


After waiting 1 week, I reached to them again through live chat, the person attending me there called me and generated a complaint and asked to fill some one online form .


WORST part he wasn't able to find the complaint no raised earlier. then why first guy wasted 30 mins on call and didn't generated any thing. Was he high during that time . thats what I am feeling now?


Now got a reply from them -

We request you to kindly check with Mobikwik for further clarification on the refund amount as they might have hidden charges or cash back offer that you might have availed at the time of placing this order.
