I had ordered a double bed Blanket, but I received a single bed one. when I contacted for replacement they mailed me the below quoted lines

Further, in order to initiate the refund from our side, we request you to send us photographs of the product with a measuring tape if its not as per the dimensions mentioned on the website by following steps mentioned
below-:
- Simply Logon to ‘Your Account’ through the link located at the top
right side end of the Website.
- Find the Order Number of the item(s) that you wish to return and click
on ‘Return this Item’.
- A Pop-Up screen would appear; Select the reason for Return, Upload
Photographs of the Item showing damage, defect etc. and hit Submit
In case you bought the item as a guest user and therefore cannot access
‘Your Account’, you can visit our Customer Support Page & submit the
photographs using New Complaint or Feedback section. Refund will be
processed from our side within 48 Hours of receipt of Photographs,
We would like to inform you that once we receive images we will initiate
refund process within 24 – 48 hours, once the refund is initiated, it
takes 7 to 10 business days for the amount to get credited to your bank

when I replied that I am unable to take photograph of the blanket with a measuring tape attached to it, they said If I dont do this they would accept my request.
