My order number is 302600302. the below is my order status for past 15 days, with no update. I have been calling you multiple times to track why my order has not been delivered or there is no update on the same. Every day your team assures me that the order will be completed in the next 24 hours and it is the same sad, pathetic story for past 10 days. I would like to remind you that it is a pre-paid order of of Rs 14.500/- and it is NOT peanuts to me, maybe it is for you! I would like a refund ASAP for my order, you can take back your damn order from wherever it is right now, which your customer care incidentally cannot track. They dont even know where the order is!
Please refund my money within 24 hours or I will report a fraud in your company's name as you have taken my money!
