Most of you must be aware of pepperfry.com. though it is not much popular compared to its competitors in ecommerce market like flipkart, snapdeal etc.
Pepperfry mostly deals with household utilities like furniture etc.
Recently I had ordered for a laptop table. The image shown in the website was different than that was delivered to me. Though the rate was less still the quality was much bad. Moreover it took much more time for delivering it than as promised.
I would like to suggest pepperfry to make some improvements considering my mentioned points.
