I recently purchased kitchen products from pepperfry using my credit card and had to return them as they sent the wrong product.
Firstly they advertise one thing and send the other.
They refunded the money and then directly overcharged my credit card by 337/-Rs without informing me.
After checking with my credit card company about the payment taken, I asked them to return it.
They absolutely refused. This website stores your credit card information and can misuse it. Please be careful.
Better to purchase household products locally than be duped by such "baniya" online companies.
