I have ordered a Elena Dressing Table With Full Mirror by Hometown order Id 301340484 on 22nd July 2015. Later I am moving out of the town where I have given delivery and thought to cancel the order. I made a call on after 3 days then they said that cancellation 1st 24 Hours is free, after 24 Hours they said thay we wll charge Rs 1000 as cancellation. I said that I will give a call back in another 30 minutes, then I tried to call them from 11:50 PM to 12:00 PM, the call is not getting connected. The next day I made a call then they said that you can't cancel the order. I politly asked the reason he is telling that you can't able to cancel the order in rude way, without listning what I am telling he is telling that you can't able to cancel then I asked for call back from senior management he said that with in 48 Hours you will get a call. But 48 Hours is over and I didn't get a call and the website is not user friendly and not getting where to raise the complaint.
Finally the Customer service is too bad and Compliants module is worst. Finally I the money got wasted.
