Working with MNC I hardly get time to go out for shopping. So this Diwali I decided to purchase individual gifts for my family members. We ordered a product for Combo Bed Sheet for 3 different bed sheet. We ordered the product on 17th Oct 2013 and received it after a long chase on 24th Oct.
When we opened it. First of all, it was totally different bed sheets which I viewed on the website.
I opened the parcel. The very first bed sheet was damaged. Big hole in the center. Second bed sheet was not for double bed it was for single bed.
Third one was also not a bed sheet like a hand towel size.
I was extremely angry and called customer services. They have repeated answers.
Sorry but we dont have any refund policy. Now I am in touch with my advocate to raise it in Delhi Consumer Court.
