I ordered for a set of 2 necklaces from the site. They sent me one necklace which was a only Rs. 20 waala... The total order was for 385/-.
After a week they say that they dont have the other set and that they are giving me 300 points so that I can purchase anything out of those points. But they never told me that I have to buy within 10/15 days of time else my point will lapse.Now, they have taken the money and have not shipped the material also..They are CHEATS --they are enjoying with my money. To my surprise, when I checked on their website, the same necklace is available at 3 times the price now.
This is utter non sense and if not cheating with customer, then what....They are neither refunding me the money nor shipping the necklace set.I would for sure file a complaint in consumer forum and get my money with interest and penalty of atleast Rs. 50, 000/-
