Don’t ever buy any product from these cheaters.
Purchased Brown Sofa under Pepperfry ORDER DATE 27-OCT-2018 ORDER NUMBER 304711908 and received the product Burgundy in color with poor quality leather though it is shown Brown in color on Pepperfry website. So there was a easy return policy Tried to make return request for the same due yo incorrect color and request rejected saying its same product though picture on their website is incorrect but since same product so cant process return for it.
They have acknowledged that its not of same color and website is showing wrong but because of company policy not process return despite selling product with different color. On top of it return team started saying we should not look into image of the product but go with description to see what color it is....bullshit and crap.
Never ever buy anything from these cheaters......
