I had bought a mango wood cot without storage from pepperfry.com in May 2016. However, by October 2016, it developed a cracking and the cot became useless. The main side bar was damaged.
Pepperfry.com washed their hands off saying the warranty was only for 7 days. I even asked if they could supply the part separately, which they denied.
While they advertise a lot and make you think they are good, their services are actually not comparable with their main competitor who have better customer services.
I would not suggest going to pepperfry.com after my poor experience. They have a complaint registration policy which can get escalated if you are not satisfied with the first response. However, each time I tried it, they said the first complaint had to be made.
I am frustrated since I paid a lot for it and assumed it would last for a long time.
