On 21 st November 2014 ordered and paid for Ironing board through Pepperfry (ORDER NO.300662013) . Not yet delivered the product (22/12/2014), i.e, more than a month.
Complained to customer care through Phone, mail and chat. All in vein. They had dispatched it through Gati courier (AWB: 550955534).
But Gati courier is still Shuttling the product between Coimbatore and Bangalore instead of Thiruvananthapuram. I asked for compensation.
But Pepperfry rejected it.
