Recently I've started purchasing online through many websites. So far I have purchased from SnapDeal, Flipkart, Myntra and PepperFry.

I'm listing down my experience in these four websites.

Excep SnapDeal I'm very much satisfied with the purchase I've done in all other three websites.

In this post I want to talk about PepperFry.

They have launched this website very recently in January'12. As a beginner in this industry their service is really very much appreciable.

Since they have started this business recently their offers and promotions are incomparable. I made the order on 20th Feb and my order numbers are 100010626, 100010607. Their promised time to dispatch the goods are 3 days and my products got dispatched exactly on end of the third day and got it delivered on 25th Feb.

About the packing and Products:

Their packing is on par with FlipKart. It took almost 15 mins to unpack two packages.

They have wrapped the products by bubble covers first then by a special cardboard box then they put all the items in a box then sealed it by cello tape then put the tamper proof cover on top of that to ship the item. Very safely and neatly packed items.

The quality of the products were too good. The branded items are original. I'm very happy with the purchase I made with PepperFry.

Customer Service:

They have given a toll free number to reach them.

You can raise a ticket in their website itself. I raised a ticket from the second day of my order to ask when will my items be shipped. I got a reply in 5 minutes saying that it will be shipped on 24th but I was expecting it on 23rd. So I replied them back since I need to gift one of the item to my friend on 26th. Next minute I got a call from PepperFry saying the items are not warehouse items so the max time will be 24th but it may be shipped before that also. Yes it got shipped on 23rd.

As I said my first purchase at PepperFry was very satisfactory I'm going to make another order from them.

Guys I wanted to share all these information because you will be happy to share your happiness when your expectations are met.
