Pepperfry offers initially good deals in the form of discount coupon at the time of joining. If you have patience and ready to loose some product in the form of damage. In that case, I think you can take a chance to buy some products. After that, means once you used your coupons, I will highly recommend to avoid this online shopping portal. I have placed two orders.
First order contain liquid lotion, which was leaked all over the box and damaged all other products. Second order, still waiting for the delivery. As per the online status of "Delhivery", it is already dispatched, whereas as per Pepperfry, it is still under processing. Not sure if they have different interfaces for customer and client. Even after complaining, they are expecting images, without checking/improving there packaging department. Regarding second, after hiding everything, they told me you can expect your product soon.
