I am extremely disappointed to receive 3rd class stuff from pepperfry. I have been a regular buyer from pepperfry and has also purchased Shubham steel products earlier too.
All the 36 items of the Dinner set sent to me are of inferior stainless steel road side quality which is never the case with Shubham fresh quality utensils. All the 36 pcs are of seconds quality of very thin guage and have scratches on them.
The Dinner plates which were mentioned as 12 inches are of only 10.5 inches.The Quarter plates which were mentioned as 8 inches are of only 3.5 inches.The forks and spoons are of different brand and very inferior quality(krish) and not of shubham. Pepperfry need to refund my amount.Feeling cheated.Order No: 301152657
