Should you ever buy a furniture set from pepperfry. Review on Pepperfry

I purchased a Bunk Bed and matching almirah set from Pepperfry for my kids. I made the exact spacing in the room trusting Pepperfry. I placed the order on 16th December 2016 with Order No. 302723034. One of the product, the bunk bed reached me on time on around 12th January while the other product had 2 out of 4 boxes of some other product shipped by mistake at my address. Therefore I did not accept its delivery as the product was incomplete. Since then, it has been more than 1.5 months while I had not got any update from Pepperfry. The executives handling my case, Ms. Amrita and Mr. Ramesh will never come on the phone when I call. The other executives will always say that they will arrange a call back but I never got any call. My products were worth more than 2 lakh rupees. So, I will never trust pepperfry for such orders… I have everything recorded on my phone if pepperfry or its executives deny the scenario of events. The product is available on the seller website and also on other online portals but not with pepperfry. Also, the product is branded by just 1 seller in India. just in case Pepperfry wants to claim that the product isnt available with their dealer. So thanks to pepperfry for spoiling my kids room by shipping the order incomplete!
