The story of surprises started when I logged in the second day after I placed and order. It seemed like all my 4 items were shipped individually. Which I could take care of but amazingly it was just the tip of Iceberg and Shocks of My life were yet to come.
• First of all I received the Pepper fry White Solid Polo Tee, did not had any kind to tag what so ever….
• Second item I received the Puma Black Polo Tee which gave me a complete picture of your Quality Control and management….
o On your Site it was mentioned that the cost of this tee is 799…. Amazingly when I received this item… the Price Tag of this Item Stated “Rs 699 incl. of all Taxes”
o This was not all.. when I checked the website it said that both Puma Black Polo Tee & Puma White Polo Tee had same consignment number…. Wherein the pack just had the black one in it and I did not receive Puma White Polo Tee… The invoice that came along with the pack also says that it had only black tee
For your reference I’m enclosing the picture of the price tag and the scanned copy of the invoice that came with the package…

• I had also placed an order Lieben Mode Charismatic Champagne Overcoat which I was supposed to gift it to my wife and it was the main thing due to which I came to your website is surprisingly not yet shipped….… When I had placed an order.. it said that it would be shipped in 6 working days… but till date the status says will be shipped by 7/12/12 (Screen shot enclosed.) ..not sure if I have to wait for 2112 as the date mentioned has passed in 2012…
Since I had placed and order I have called your customer service multiple times and all I was told that they have taken down the details and want me to send the picture/invoice and what not…. Which means I should leave all my jobs and work towards gathering the evidences and showing that How big fool I am.. First I ordered and now prove that I’m being saying true… amazingly nobody from your customer service even bothered to call up to check or update on the issues that were reported…
