I purchased a Casio watch d0069 from pepperfry and when I received the watch I saw it was a fake rebook watch.
When I contacted the customtakeouter care they told me to send the photo so I send them the photo to tellus@pepperfry.com then they asked me to return the watch and the courier charges will be reimbursed .
and to my horror after they received the watch they are saying they can't do anything . I talked with the customtakeouter care she said the vendors directly send the products and they don't have any quality check.
This is ridiculous instead of asking the vendors they are pointing at customtakeouters , couriers.
I asked them to keep the watch as a gift from me to their CEO.
