Pepperfry has now started fooling its customer. I had ordered a sandwich toaster and its order no. was 100519067 made on 09 Feb.
I have waited for the product for long one month and they have shown shipped in my order details.Than one fine day when I called up their customer care they told me that they din't ship the product and what I want refund or product.I told them I want refund so they refunded some amount out of some calculation but I am still waiting for my 649 pepper points.It is not there in my account.
Before cancelling the order the executive told me that your pepper points will be refunded in your account.Now they are saying after cash refund you have lost your pepper points.
It means they have digested my rupees. First they dint ship the product and than put fake shipping details in my order list and never bothered to inform now digested my money also. Bad Pepperfry.
I request fellow shoppers please never shop from this website as they have started looting their customers.Gone are the days when Pepperfry was used to be my first choice for online purchases.
