I placed an order on pepperfry.com for simple kitchen tool on 11th septermber, 2015(Order No. 301540912). Today 23 days have passed but pepperfry has not been able to ensure its delivery. There was some issue with their courier partner.
I informed the same to pepperfry several times, to contact them and keep me updated but NOTHING positive was done. 2 days back I received a phone call from pepperfry that my'kitchen tool' was stuck up with the sales tax department. I was shocked to hear about such an absurd explanation. I was further told that I would immediately be issued full refund.
Again many days have passed and I dont see any refund in my account. I guess pepperfry is only spending their money on costly TV Commercials and they have completely forgotten about their actual business which runs through https://pepperfry.com!
Pepperfry you need to improve a LOT. otherwise it would be a'goodbye' from your loyal customers.
