I was looking to buy a sunflame crystal plus 4 burner glass top online. I checked several online sites for a good deal. And I found it on pepperfry cheaper by 700-800 than Amazon and Snapdeal. I had not purchased on pepperfry previously. So I was little apprehensive if the item is fresh and undamaged(as they are giving it cheaper than other sites). Also little sceptical about their delivery. Then I decided to dig into mouthshut and see the feedback on pepperfry. I found pretty good reviews and also one or two odd negative reviews. But the number of positive feedbacks out numbered the negative by a huge margin. They also have a return policy with free pickup. So I took a chance and had decided to place my order, trusting the reviews on mouthshut and return policy. To my surprise while placing the order I noticed a free gift item(T Shirt as a first time user) also added to my cart. I was happy to accept it. The stove and free gift were shipped by pepperfry with-in two days of placing the order by bluedart. The stove was sent via surface delivery. But it was delivered much before the projected date. On arrival I inspected the box and found it to be one of the best packaging I have noticed. The stove comes in a cartoon from the manufacturer. Pepperfry wrapped the cartoon with bubble cover.(3-4 layers) Then kept this in another cartoon box. They ensured the corners and edges of outer cartoon box is not damaged by sealing them with very hard cardboard pieces. The glass top gas-stove recieved without a scratch. So overall I am very happy and nothing to complain. I did not have to contact the customer care, so I can not comment on the customer care. But product is genuine, price is competitive, packaging is excellent, delivery is prompt. Hope that helps.
