PensaMedia is a good example of corporate thieves. From the start they lie, cheat and will do anything to make their living.
First I was told that I do not pay extra to Pensa media for clicks, I only pay what I pay for adwords, and Google pays Pensa media. FALSE. They add their commission on each click.
Second, I was told that my campaign will be live in 2 weeks. FALSE. It takes more than 2 months for the campaign to be live, and if you are not screaming and raising issues quick enough, may be more.
Third, simple things like a template change is impossible. It doesn't matter what YOU want to present YOUR company as, what they think is final.
Fourth, several people from several departments and all have the same lines: "I am sorry sir. Please give me 24 hours, and I will definitely take care of this issue for you and give you a call within 24 hours". If you hear that, forget it! Until you call them, there will be no call back.
Fifth, After continuous disappointments, I was promised, that my campaign will be cancelled, and money refunded on the next disappointment. Impossible. They would rather make an enemy out of someone than to loose the money in their banks. Customer satisfaction is an alien concept for Pensa media.
Sixth, People like Rajnish, are not afraid to make a commitment, but when it comes to living up to it, the response is simple: "Sir, let me investigate and call you back". By this time, I am sure, you have understood, there will be no call back.
I can go on and on. But I am sure you get the point. And I am not alone, simply google and you will know what to do.
If you are reading this page, before subscribing to PensaMedia, you are the smartest person in the world. Do not fall into the traps of the sales executive. Stay away from this company at all cost.
If you are a troubled customer, like I am, do what I did. Advertise against PensaMedia instead of advertising for your company. I have now made it my mission to post my reviews at every website possible. Quite frankly, that's a tedious task, and I am willing to spend 50 times the money I spent for this campaign, in order to advertise against Pensa Media. So that there is nobody else, loosing sleep over the astonishing things that a branded company associated with a name like Google does to cheat innocent people.
Please stay away from the charms of a PensaMedia sales executive at all costs.
