The best customer care if I have seen anywhere it is pennyful. Till now I have got more than Rs. 2500/- cashback from pennyful and in happens sometimes that my cashback was not tracked or due to some error it was tracked at lower rates but they were the humbles one who listened my request patiently and solved the problem. I would like to give 5 out of 5.
I have one request to pennyful, please try to improve the tracking a bit system as in case of small amounts, although it does not takes much time then also as I am very lazy, its really hard for me to go for missing cashback.
