This was for the first time I was using this prod. Review on Pears Face Wash

This was for the first time I was using this product, and I was left amazed.

The Prelude: Being a Unilever product, the trust is automatically reposed.

The Picture: The packaging is great, the colour and the design alluring and I particularly love the flip top cap to control the flow of the gel. Thoughtfully structured.

The Product: Its a 100% soap free product which is its major draw. Because of soap’s higher pH(approx 7 as against human skin's 5.5), soap do tend to harm the skin. Hence a soap free cleanser is always welcome.

The product is also enriched with pure glycerine and natural oils, so all the more welcome.

And its mild fragrance reminded me of the original Pears of days of yore, and it was absolutely soothing. The perfume lingered on even after I stepped out of bath.

The Pricing: 95 Rs for a 60 gram tube puts it into a mid-segment range. Doable.

The Postlude: A trusted brand, a quality product and a not so threatening price point. Way to go.
