We in hyderabad have a big problem for bike servicing from PEARL YAMAHA.
People are much unsatisfied and willing to shift from YAMAHA to other vendor, like Honda or else.. This is a serious concern because unless until you make a proper customer satisfaction during servicing, YAMAHA will once again fail to create a good market in hyderabad. Product is good and marketing is also good, but due to servicing dissatisfaction - Yamaha is not a first choice of mine.
Yamaha should re-think about the PERL yamaha servicing. I am sorry as I gave a rating as "Poor" for this product. I rate it as "Poor" because there is nothing like "very poor" or "very very .. poor" For a general servicing, I went thrice. But still there is a problem and oil is leaking from my bike. I gave bike for a general servicing and after servicing from them, my bike needs a genuine servicing.
This is not for the first time this is happening. This is a single Yamaha authorized service center near to HI-TECH city, so I go there for my bike servicing. Can anybody from Yamaha take a proper action in this kind of issues???
