I had made a transaction on 10th Sep of 995rs and the money was deducted from my bank account were as in your site you mentioned it as transaction failed. When I wrote an email to your customer care they mentioned that they have not received money and asked me to contact bank.
I contacted back and after 10 days they confirmed that they money has been given to you and it should be you who has to give the money back. I really dont understand how pathetic your service can be that your stating lie even when you have received money.
