I had gone for a recharge of my Big TV connection to a Dealer near DonBosco School Petrol Pump Panjim Goa. He uses payworld services. As I paid hin 500 Rs note to recharge he told me the transaction status is showing as Pending and he will speak to the company and get it cleared. He failed to give me a bill for Rs 500. I reached home after 2 hours my Big TV recharge did not happened. I visited the dealer the next day some of his boy said that their boss is out of station and they are unaware of anything. I visited the dealer two times more but to no success. This is how payworld works?
Its been 2 months now since I stopped doing any transactions with payworld dealers. I got my refund after a month from the dealer that too using force on the dealer. People in general should avoid payworld dealers coz they are a third company working on commission basis on the main parent company.
