Payworld seems to be a fraud. The experience I had with them will probably force me to take legal action agains them.
Here is my story.
I went to recharge my mobile. usually I get full talktime. but I didnt realize that I will be cheated when I went to a shop who had payworld software "one stop recharge center". when my recharge was done I came to know the usual benefits that I get when I recharge normally were missing.
so I talked to the retailer about possibility of problem only to get no cooperation. He was not ready to give me Payworld complaint desk number. after unwilling argument he gave me contact number "1800."
when I called on that number, The first thing person asked me was "Are you customer or a retailer?" when I said I am a customer, he said back "we dont talk to customers. we only talk to retailers." immediately I ran to shop and asked him to talk to payworld customer care(?). but he refused to talk. again, It was only when I forced the retailer to talk or told him I would take a legal action against him, he gave me his retailer number and told me to talk as retailer.
when I started to tell payworld guy (who was conveniently rude plus fast) another problem appeared. when I started to tell him the retailer number which is around 8-10 characters, right after telling him first 4 characters he immediately said its an incorrect retailer code. I yelled him to wait and listen to me completely. When I completely told him retailer number, without saying a word he said "your complain has been registered. It will take 2-3 days to revert back."
As a conclusion I would discourage you to recharge through retailers using payworld. I will keep you posted about what happens next.
