I have ordered 2 items through Paytmmall.com on 4th November. The delivery date for one item is 10th November and the other is supposed to be delivered on the 19th November. They have charged me for both the items. The first item got cancelled automatically with out my knowledge. I have not received any message or email intimating the item is auto cancelled . If it has happened for so what reasons, the money should have returned to my account. Where the money has gone. I have complained to customer care and there is no proper action till now. It has been 15 day passed from the date of order. Such a poor response.
The second item is supposed to be delivered on the 19th November. It is not yet delivered and as usual there is no response from customer care.
I am tiered of this fake fraud company.
The app and website is so attractive to cheat the people.
such a worst customer service and such a worst delivery timelines.
Never go to paytmmall.com again
