Totally lose of money. Review on Paytmmall

Paytm Mall is a worst shopping network there is no any range of trust in Paytm Mall I ordered Nexa footwear intas 99 plus shipping charge 50. The product delivered was defective. I tried to replace but there is a lack of customer service .I tried it many times but there is no answer. There is no any trusted customers service. Defective products is delivered. there is no any range quality .wrost product quality. No guaranteed for the branded things. Price was IAS compared to the market as well as other shopping sites. There is no any fixed or expected time of delivery. Every delivery takes 7 to 9 days. High shipping charge. Paytm Mall launched app and website both. In my views app is good as compared to website .website is too slow. I think that only 10 to 20% people like Paytm Mall. There is a place where we lost our money without benefit. Avoid Paytm Mall.
