Good Customer support. Review on Paytmmall

I am a regular user of this website.Sometimes I use it for buying products at low price and cashbacks and sometimes I use it for researching about the product.This app processes the order in an day and the product is shipped fast.

As compared to standard Paytm app this site is much lighter and the user interface of the app is extremely user friendly and the app loading speed has also considerably faster.So for the app size I would give this app 10 out of 10.

Customer Service:

The customer service is also very responsive and the replies within 24 hours.Most frequently asked questions are present on the website itself. So there is great convenience regarding the customer support.

Product Quality:

The products delivered are always genuine and of great quality. This app provides a greatoption to return the product within the first 7 days after delivery.So if there is any fault we can simply return it to the seller and get our money back.

Delivery Timeliness:

The delivery is on time but I need some improvements in the delivery time of the product.Sometimes there is an urgency for the product so if it is delivered on time by the paytm mall then it would a much great favor for the customers.

Packaging of Product:

The product packing is thoroughly done and till now I have never found my product damaged due to that temper proof packing.The electronic items are always packed in boxes.

Offers Deals and Cash backs:

As we all know that paytm is famous for providing cashbacks on products and even paytm mall is doing the same thing and hence I refer to purchase bigger items or products from this site only.Cashback received is always credited in the wallet and it can be used for any purchase or doing recharge or paying bills on paytm.

Reliability:

One normal customer cannot be reliable on paytm mall itself because some products are not available on paytm mall and that same product can be found on other website so in terms of reliability we I would like to rate this site 8/10 .
