I had ordered a TVS GOLD keyboard for my PC on April 12, 2018. Expected delivery date was 15th which later changed to 16th. On 16th, at around 9:30 PM, delivery boy called me and said "I'm sorry as I was unable to deliver your product today, so will tomorrow. I said "okay". On 17th, I didn't receive the product and call from that guy. I called him in the evening and he said "I'm on the way and will reach within an hour" and then he never reached me. Also, he started ignoring my calls. On 17th night, I called the PAYTM MALL customer care to register a complaint about it. The floor supervisor assured me that he will look into this matter and I'll get the product by 18th. Again on 18th, I didn't get the product, so to verify I called the Bluedart courier services. They said "PATTM MALL requested to cancel the product delivery at 5:21 PM today". Then I called the PAYTM customer care and they said we haven't requested for the order cancellation.
Now on 19th, PAYTM MALL cancels the order and processed the refund.
Nobody is there to take the responsibility of the whole issue.
Problems Faced:
False assurance of product delivery.
Ignorant delivery people.
Lethargic and helpless customer care.
Please suggest me if there is any easy way of filing a consumer complaint against PAYTM MALL.
