Paytm, which got lucky during demonetisation and who were clearly not ready to tackle the business during that time.
Till now, I’ve not received an invoice for a transaction what I did. Basically, I paid for my purchases using paytm, wherein my money got diducted but the shopkeeper did not receive it.
On noticing this, called their customer care, without any luck to talk to a human, filled their complaint form, even after waiting for few days, did not receive any response from them. It was so frustrating now I’ve given up on them and I’ve stopped using them.
I’ve attached few screenshot for your reference, so that you can see and be sure of the way how they treat their customers. And so that you know, they ignored my service request placed on their app. They only responded when I started questioning them publicly on twitter.
Till today, the shopkeeper has not received the payment I’ve done. It’s not reflecting in his passbook. Whereas in my passbook there is a transaction which shows the money has been deducted. Paytm does not want to help or explain about the whereabouts of this transaction.
See because of this I ended paying twice. So much inconvenience for using their service. So I request you to be careful using them. My transaction was limited to few hundred rupees which went missing, imagine if this happens to something where the transaction amount is much higher?
