Paytm is a big cheat. In my case I was trying to pay my reliance gsm postpaid mobile bill and accidently a typo error occurred due to which last two digits went wrong and the transaction got processed to a wrong number.
Had the number being in operation then I would have admitted my fault but that number was found invalid and non-operational.
After submitting our complaint to paytm they primarily asked us to visit reliance gallery and payment would be credited to our account through gallery and we followed their recommendation and visited gallery twice but reliance staff convinced us that when the phone number itself is not valid then how come the transaction would have been considered as complete and irreversible.
The amount must have been bounced back to paytm and they should refund the same. But we have been able to get in touch with paytm only through email and right from day one they have misguiding us and dodging our issue. It looks like we have been cheated finally. Can anybody please guide me upon this?
