In online recharge and shopping scenario paytm.com is occupying the center stage, in today's world it is big brand endorsing lots of events in that event cricket is one of them, so it got so much of popularity with this medium.now let us come to the point I have been first time came to know about paytm.com in 2013 and started recharging most of the time recharge fails and my money get deducted from my bank account,
No refunding, so every time I go for paytm.com I have apprehension in my mind, but with time paytm gain popularity as big brand it made improvement refunding started but that refund will not be in your account but in paytm wallet account that means that money only be used for recharge/shopping nothing else.the other thing which I don`t like about paytm is that it recharge not always instant some time you have to wait for 2-3 hours for your recharge confirmation,
Lastly I would like to say if you go for paytm online shopping you cant find anything for cash on delivery and product price are quite high comparatively and they fool people by providing promo-code.
