Poor customer service from PAYTM people.I have recently ordered a tupperware water dispenser from PAYTM website(order number1482623095). I have received the product, but the dispensing tap was missing. Then I have contacted PAYTM both through phone and mail, but daily they keep on replied that they had checked with their seller and logistics partner and found that product is delivered.
Again I replied that I had received the product but tap was missing. They never understood the problem or pretend that they did not understand the problem and even today the tap was not sent to me.
The whole 1100 rupees is wasted and I am not able to use the dispenser and the tap is missing. So beware people, PAYTM just does not understand the customer. This site is only good for mobile recharges. They don’t even call me a single time to understand my problem. If anyone in paytm is reading this post, please learn how to respond to customer problems at least from now. Or learn from better people like flipkart, amazon, snapdeal, ebay, etc
