So far I have been using Paytm to pay my electricity bill and used to avail some cashback that seems good so I became a fan of Paytm. However in the recent times to my surprise Paytm has kept BSES Rajdhani out of stock without notifying users. To pay my BSES electricity bill, I wasted two days on Paytm. Finally it didn’t work, I had to pay simply on some other site without a cashback, and it was a loss of hope. And this act was never expected from Paytm. To confirm their stance I tried calling them on first day but it was always busy, and secondly I dropped an email but get no response from their Customer team for 48 hours. It shows that companies with Indian mentality will never improve. If you carefully scrutinize their cashback offers you will find them priced higher than on other sites. Other sites like Amazon and Flipkart say directly about their discounts but Paytm disguises in the form of cashback devil. Ironically, BSES is out of stock but coupons pertaining to them are still available on their site.
