Very poor policy. Review on Paytm

We have been allow to rcv  money in paytm one lakh and  this money  only 25000 thousand can be transfred to any bank or any paytm,  they says as per rbi rules  you can only transfre 25 thousand in one month, and my question is if this the restriction by RBI why paytm allowing us to receive money up to one lakh, balance amount is blocke dwith Pytm and when I called  customer care got a funny answer use balance money for pay ulitily bills movie ticket and shopping, .

Paytm Representative approach me last week to update my kyc and told me that now onwards you can receive up to one lakh in paytm and never told me that only 25000 thousand you can transfer from this. now my money is blocked in paytm and I am notable to transfer for what I required instead of that they ask me to buy movie ticket and pay utility bills or do shopping, very much disappointed, so pls all of you be aware of these kind of policies and use paytm only limited purpose other wise ur money will be blocked for one monthe and u cant full fill ur comitments
