When the company paytm.has started it was very good and giving so many offers at that time.but now days it does not give any excellent offers on recharge and shopping, The products from paytm is also very high in comparison to other commerce website like.amazon.and takes.so much time to deliver the product although it takes delivery charge on.almost all.products .The customer care service of paytm is.also.very bad you have to mail the.mail.customer care and they will.reply after 1 day which is very time.taking , there must be option of.chatting with.customer care
