I am using paytm since long time its a good company and a free app and software which tranfers money very easily and safely. There are lot of benefits of paytm its transfers money from one account ro another account and echarge your mobile phone anywhere any time and pay your electric bills you can boked your tickets of movies and pay bills of restaurants.


One suggestion I want to give to paytm is please give an feature of language so anybody can use it specially who doesnt know english and they can use it in Hindi.


Well, I had been making quite a few transactions on PayTM now a days and to be frank, they have improved a lot. I even upgraded my wallet which was  smooth transaction. Refunding back to CC/Bank account is just a breeze and its so fast. Return service is better than Flipkart and Amazon. I had lot of issues with both of them and none so far with PayTM. There have been no problems on cashbacks. Just an email or call to customer service resolved most of the issues in a single day. Their deals are amazing to say the least. I was facing a issue where I was not able to place any order from my account. It was working fine on my friends account.  I sent detail screen shots of error messages to customer care and insisted them to send it to back end team. They were able to resolve it in 12 hrs flat. They called, emailed and made sure things were set right. Very few orders get cancelled due to seller and stock availability. Even their wallet service is being accepted on many websites now. I being a biker, was able to purchase my biking gear using the money from cashbacks which is a great thing.


They are on their way to become India's most valuable online wallet system for sure!


Its good for small things but there are some issues regarding the paytm.


I have faced an issue where I have booked a ticket one month before for Diwali vacation, as you all know how bus operators inflate prices during festivals. But, suddenly 2 days before the date of journey the bus service has cancelled the bus. Then Paytm guys didn’t give me any update, I have to call them and say that I got a message from the travels saying the service has been canceled. It shows their’ I don’t care about customer once the payment is done’ attitude.


And then they simply said "sorry, your money will be back shortly.” Who needs the money at that time? All the prices of the buses for that day were more than double and even thrice the cost at what I booked. Then I sent them a long mail showing my inconvenience and pain as below:


Dear Paytm,


Don’t say sorry. Be sorry for yourselves for your pathetic service and false promises.


What the hell are you guys speaking? Is it a joke for you guys asking us to book ticket now two days before the date of journey?


Why do you think people use Paytm or other online ticketing services and book tickets one month early or so? What is the purpose of booking so before hand? Is it to get the service cancelled two days before and pay hefty price then for the new ticket?


Do you know the cost of ticket now and the cost of ticket I booked? Now the minimum cost of the ticket(Non-Ac) itself is 1350/- and the cost of a Volvo A/C(Kind of bus I booked) is around 1900 to 2500/-, which is more than double the price at which I bought.


Where is the trust factor that you guys boast about? Where is customer convenienceWhere is business fairness?


It’s completely stupid and irresponsible. Either arrange an alternative way of travel for me on the same date and time. Or give me back 1500/-(back to my bank account and not as Paytm cash) as penalty.


I Got 720/- paytm cash REFUND. I don’t want it. GIVE ME 1500 TO MY BANK ACCOUNT completely OR A TICKET ON SAME DAY AND AROUND SAME TIME


Bus operators operations may not be in your hands but giving back 1500/- to my bank account is completely in your hands.


Without doing that don’t boast yourselves about customer happiness and Trust.


I don’t care your apologies


I don’t care your paytm cash back.


I don’t care what all your problems with your bus operators.
