I feel this review is:
I had a very bad experience with them. I purchased a coupon code to be used on Pepperfry. The coupon was said to be site wide but when I tried to apply it the Pepperfry says I have ineligible items in my cart, meaning the coupon is not site wide. I wrote to Paytm customer care at least 7 times. Each time they made the canned reply that they have reset the coupon code. Each time I try I get the same error message and also the code is shown as redeemed. Real dumb customer care. No chance of escalating a complaint. It is as fi the staff are paid to lie through their teeth.
