We paid our BSNL landline Bill through Paytm on 08 Feb 2016.amount was 814
We were told that it will credit in 2-3 business working days. Since we need to disconnect the connect the connection. We filed an application to BSNL for same, we got to know paytm has not paid the money. We wrote a mail to Paytm. THEY GAVE US IN WRITING THAT THEY HAVE PAID TO BSNL AND WE SHOULD CHECK FROM BSNL( Please see the pic of the mail attached)
When we enquired from GM and DGM level, we found PAYTM to be a big LIER to such a big extent that they even wrote a forge mail to us.We had to wait for 12 days in all this we asked for rent that we will have to pay from security( We even sent them a copy of application also)
we paid Rs. 814 from our credit card and PAYTM has given us Rs714+ Rs100( as cashback) for suffering.
MY MONEY IS GIVEN BACK TO ME AS CASHBACK
ALSO their helpline number is just IVR. Senior management is a big fraud Do't use them
