Stay away from Paytm -Frauds !. Review on Paytm

Beware before you order anything from Paytm from your hard earned money!

THINK 100 times before you buy from Paytm!

My ORDER NO.  1044363643 with Paytm showning shipped since 26.6.15.neither getting delivered nor Paytm is refunding. I have half a dozen other orders which have met bwith the same fate. Its complete cheating.Bogus Shipment being shown. Paytm shows false shipment and credited Cashback amount and sits on your whole money.

After 1 month they cancel the Order and then they say that Cashback cannot be credited back to the bank A/c but will remain in the wallet. When an Order gets cancelled for no fault of ours why should they enjoy our Cashback money. They should refund the entire amount back to the Bank but they dont do so. Its completely a fraud on their part by which they are using Public Money Interest free. I am pointing this matter to RBI as well.

I had ordered White cotton T Shirt -ORDER NO.  1035047662. Instead they sent me a cheap quality 3rd class T Shirt of Grey color. I had similarly ordered a 3/4ths of beige color of high quality instead of which they sent me a 3rd class road side stuff of black color.

I have been making repeated requests for a reverse pick up of the aboveT Shirt and even though they have approved reverse pick of the same, the same is not being picked up by them since last 10 days, resulting in wastage of my money.

For 7 of my other Orders though they say that they have been shipped 12 days back they are unable to provide tracking details for most of them and they are not giving any satisfactory reply for the same. My money is all blocked which they are not refunding also.My Complaints have fallen on deaf years.(Order Nos: 1033046605, 1033054101, 1033395419, 1035045700, 1059118316, 1059134455 & 1044363643).
