I personally find the website to be very reliable. Mistakenly I ordered the wrong item. On cancelling the order, to my surprise the full amount got credited immediately in its wallet. This is not the case with all online shopping portals.
Though the search is not very good, but with some effort one can find the item. And undoubtedly it quotes the least price for most of the items.
And the load time off course needs the special mentioning. It is so light to load.
