I ordered for shoe-rack online on 22/09/16 and till the payment was made didn't know about delivery date. After payment it shows delivery between 19 to 22/10/16 which is ONE MONTH.
Tried callingn 24/7 customer service which claims 24X7 Care but can't get past the IVR at all!
Emailed them to call me, they hide behind their mails, and answer them slowly. They can't prioritize or understand the urgency nor respond to requests or instructions. Asked them to cancel and they came back with stories. "I am prioritizing your delivery. I would like to inform you that these are made to order products "
My reply " What do you mean by'I am prioritizing your delivery'? Can you give me a date it will be delivered? Don't give lame statements like that. You're already taking 30 days for a small thing.
