First of all Paytm is one of the best and most trusted website for online recharges and bill payments. This is the first website which made people trust on online recharges and provides good offers and discounts.
Paytm is best for recharging mobiles, dth and billing payments as I already mentioned so I am not going to discuss how it is best in this sector, simply one can trust this website blindly and its services and technical support is also helpful and very fast.
But I found some very bad points in Paytm specially for online shopping. Paytm provides good offers to attract people with high discounts and cash backs but does they really work and good for shopping? NO
Paytm has fake mrps for most of the products, you can check yourself and compare with other online websites life Flipkart and Amazon. Paytm shows high mrps for many mobiles and shoes etc then they provide big cash back offers but including their cash back offers still their products are costly from other website's normal prices.
Paytm has different mrps for the same product on same page. recently I was searching for a smart phone on paytm and their I found same mobile phone same model same colour with different prices on the same page. then how could anyone trust their prices?
Biggest drawback of this website is warranty issue, most of the companies like mobile phone sector does't accept warranty on paytm shopping. Yes its true, then is it beneficial to buy electronic products for this website?
You can't pay bsnl landline bills from paytm
these days paytm provide very less discounts and offers on recharges while other websites like freecharge provide big heavy discounts on small recharges.
Overall still paytm is most trusted website and its patym wallet is awesome option for quick recharges and you can also transfer money from paytm to others. but I am disapointed with its online shopping and fake prices and mrps. Anyone can check its fake prices simply compare its mobile phones prices with flipkart or amazone. so I will never recommend anyone to shop from this website specially if you want to buy an electronic device.
