Paytm as name indicate it's importance in todays world according to me paytm means the ATM in pocket of general public throw this any one can easily transfer money, recharge mobile, shop online, submit electricity bill, submit water bill, submit post-paid mobile bill of any number(within India) I choose paytm for their fast and reliable service and they will make asure their users to use it without any transection related problems, I also recommend this app to all my member of family and they are also using this app for re recharge and bill payment etc. On paytm we can now do metro card recharge, online shopping of products water bill payment, electricity bill payment, bock movie tickets, bock bus tickets, we can also pay from paytm at any petrol pump and at any shop who accepts the paytm and also earn or save money by this method, I do many recharges and bill payments from paytm app and also save a lot of money and time, one time I made a payment of one electricity bill they show me that u can not make this payment after some time I receive a message from bank which is related to money debit and the payment is dedected from my account but the bill is not paid sooo I really afraid about the loss of at least 6000 and I told that to my friend and they told me to do not make online payment in future I also agree with him but after one day the paytm give my while money back in my account and I know this by message that my payment of electricity bill was not successful we regrets for this and your amount of bill will credit in your account within 24 hours, by this moment by thinking about online payment were changed and now I use online method mostly and this also make me a customer of paytm since then I m using paytm I use other ap also but no have fast response as paytm have sooo no comparison with paytm inmarket are available till now, in beginning the paytm app only provide recharge of moblie but now they grow their business very quickly because of the reponse of customers and their service, if one newly came company make their separate name in small time then it the marks of it's good services and consumer satisfactions and when the consumers are very happy with the service they give more support to company and they try to give patronage to company and this things make the company very big as paytm do, I really recommend paytm to new users of online transection etc, because paytm care for their costumersand if company care for customer then customer also take care of compan's value.
