Its My opinion.
you can use paytm, Its good for recharge DTH, Mobile, pay bills, electricity etc.
I am always use paytm for recharge, paytm wallet is awesome part of paytm you can add money into paytm wallet from bank account and you can send money to your friends from paytm wallet.its very useful, u can use everywhere, anytime and its very easy to use.
paytm gives cash back offers.over all I want to say that paytm karo its awesome
but Shopping through paytm is bad.:(
