Another experience of being cheated by this company. After my last experience, I had decided not to use this website any more. However, I had some money left in my wallet on the website so I decided to use it for an emergency recharge of my Airtel phone number.
Even after 10 hours of placing the request, the recharge has not happened and the sick customer care of this fraud company says they are looking into the matter and it will take another 48 hours!
Customer needs immediate recharge but these fools say they will take 58(10 hours till now+ 48 hours more) to do a recharge OR refund my money in the wallet!
This is height of stupidity and cheating! They very well know that customers won't wait for 2-3 days to get a recharge done(and PayTM will simply keep the money in the wallet / with themselves). Please avoid this company or there is every possibility of losing money or unnecessary anxiety.

Just visit this company's facebook page and you will realize that these people have cheated many customers with false promises of some cashback and other offers. Once they get money, one should forget any cashback or benefits.
I recharged my BSNL datacard for Rs.561 and applied the appropriate cashback code that was supposed to me give me Rs.25 cashback within 1 hour. Its been more than a day now and there is no cashback. Queries to their customer care are unanswered.
While I was browsing through their facebook page, I realized that there are hundreds of customer complaints about recharge not done, cashback not given, and so on. I think one would be simply lucky to get a recharge or product for the money he pays. Forget any cashback or benefits.
These are some Delhi based thugs who have been running this racket for a long time. They place advertisements on websites and radio to grab attention. Once a customer comes in and pays money, the real intentions of these people becomes clear.
If you are using this website or app for recharges or bill payments, its better to avoid. There are better websites and services who won't cheat you. Also, the customer service of other websites is much more responsive.
